Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN), an electric vehicle manufacturer, will change its name to Bollinger Innovations, Inc. effective July 28, 2025. On that date, the company’s common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol BINI. The CUSIP number remains unchanged. The rebrand, described by CEO David Michery as a unifying move for the company’s commercial vehicle focus, does not alter Mullen’s legal structure or operations. No shareholder action is required.
